RRB NTPC 12th pass (undergraduate) and graduate candidates are paid salaries as per Pay Level 2 to 6, which is currently being paid as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).

While the 8th Pay Commission, which is likely to be implemented in early January 2026, is projected to bring a significant increase of approximately 15% to 20% in basic pay, based on an estimated fitment factor of 1.92 or 2.35,

the salary in this job could increase by approximately 20 to 30%, making these positions even more attractive.
