Rajasthan 2nd Grade Teacher (Senior Teacher) is expected to get a good increase in the basic pay, allowances and in-hand salary after the implementation of 8th Pay Commission. Currently, the salary of 2nd grade is being given as per Pay Matrix Level 11 (Grade Pay 4200) of 7th Pay Commission.

RPSC 2nd Grade (Senior Teacher) receives a salary according to Rajasthan Pay Matrix Level 11, which includes a Grade Pay of ₹4200 and a Basic Pay of ₹37,800.
This Pay Level is applicable under the 7th Pay Commission and is also listed as Pay Level L-11 (GP ₹4200) in RPSC’s new recruitment notifications.
However, after the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, the salary will be increased by 25% to 30%, and the Basic Pay of that Pay Level is likely to be at least ₹42,000 to ₹45,000.
RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher Salary in Probation Period (7th Pay CPC)
During the probation period (generally 2 years), Rajasthan 2nd Grade Teachers receive a fixed consolidated monthly amount instead of full basic pay plus allowances.
